Damage Items:
If your cup arrives damage ( Cracked or broken) we are happy to help - but we do not offer immediate refunds. In order to receive a replacement you must follow these steps below.
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- A case must be opened with the shipping carrier to investigate the damage
- one the claim is processed and approved by the shipping carrier , your cup will be remade and shipped with no additional cost .
